Rita's in the gulf and getting stronger:
Hurricane Rita intensified into a Category 4 storm Wednesday with wind of 135 mph, deepening concerns that the storm could devastate coastal Texas and already-battered Louisiana by week's end.The White House is going to try so hard to look like they are on top of this, Bush will probably start appearing in front of the Doppler radar screens and giving regular tracking updates.
