And why shouldn't he? Nelson et. al. have already been told that if they whine enough they'll get their way, to wit, watering down the public option. So why shouldn't Nelson venture out and start whining about other do-or-die provisions he simply must have, or have not, in the legislation? It's the only way to get anything from the Democrats - you have to whine louder than the other guy. Lesson learned by all of us.
