The mayor's office in New Orleans ran an undercover study recently after receiving complaints that blacks were overcharged and mistreated along Bourbon Street and the results seem to back up the complaints leaving mayor Ray Nagin to wonder aloud "it's as if New Orleans was stuck in the 1950s and 1960s, in terms of race relations."
I can only imagine what the Mayor would think if he came to Europe where few non-whites manage to get into the top schools, hold political positions or have senior management jobs. Looks plenty of people around the world need to catch up with the times.
