Funny, I thought Bush said his was going to be an administration beyond reproach, in comparison to Clinton's "scandal-ridden" White House? Just like the House Republicans are doing with DeLay, the GOP has decided it's invicible and now can do whatever it wantst, to hell with ethics, to hell with lobbying laws. Hell, next thing you know they'll be appointing a gay guy to run the party!
