$14 friggin' billion is all Bush could get from the donor countries?

We've already spent $120bn on Iraq, we've appropriated another $80bn to be spent this upcoming year, and Bush is bragging that he got our wonderful partners in this war to pony up a measly $14bn? Gee, that would be, what 7% of the total cost? Wow, thanks. Not to mention, this money was pledged a frickin' year ago. Only a few hundred million has been spent. Tell us again how great the coalition contribution has been to this war, George.
