Hell of a coincidence that the first time in memory my Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance premium dropped, and by 10%. There is a provision in ObamaCare that requires insurance companies to spend a minimum of 80 of premiums on actual health care. So the thinking is that perhaps this forced insurance companies to lower premiums. Anyone else?
