GOP Sen. Snowe to vote "no" on Ryan budget because of Medicare "privatization"

GOP Senator Olympia Snowe (R-ME) says she'll vote against the Paul Ryan budget because it "privatizes" Medicare. Meanwhile, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) will vote against the bill because it doesn't repeal the 64 Civil Rights Act (kidding, but only just) - Paul doesn't think the bill goes far enough.
