70% of Tea Party supporters oppose Medicare cuts

I remember when Bush won the Supreme Court decision following the 2000 elections. Cheney, I believe, was quoted as saying something to the effect of "we will govern as if we have a mandate," even though they knew they didn't have one. It's what Republicans do. Lots of mandate smoke and mirrors. And this time, even the Teabaggers don't support the GOP budget plans.
