Judge in VA health care reform case has financial ties to GOP attorney general bringing the case

The judge holds stocks in, and receives dividends from, a GOP campaign firm who includes among its clients the attorney general of Virginia, one of the guys behind the lawsuit the judge is ruling on. The judge issued a procedural ruling this morning, permitting the case to move ahead.
