An airport official says a flight attendant who was carrying a handgun in her purse has been arrested at Indianapolis International Airport.I'm sure the Republicans will now propose a law to permit flight attendants to be armed.
Airport spokesman Corey Wilson says the gun was discovered as the woman passed through a security checkpoint about 6 a.m. Friday. The Delta flight to Atlanta on which she was due to be a crew member took off without her.
