Moderate Republicans give Kagan a pass on JAG recruiting and judicial experience

"Moderate" Republican Senators Brown (Mass.) and Colins (Maine) say they're satisfied with Kagan's answers with regards to her stance on JAG recruiting on campuses (related to gays in the military) and her lack of judicial experience, respectively. This should help take the wind out of the sails of the GOP attack lines against Kagan.
