Her summary of where we are on the question of repealing the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, and her analysis of where all of this is heading, is simply a brilliant piece of journalism. It sums up where I think many in the gay community, and our allies, are one day after the White House offered us a compromise that compromises a tad too far.
