This is the budget for fiscal year 2011 (starts in the fall) that President Obama just submitted to Congress. It's online. The budget is a huge deal in Washington. I remember when I worked in the Senate, we were ordered to wait, on pins and needles, until the budget came out, then we'd have to scour it quickly and summarize how it would affect the various agencies under our jurisdiction. It's a big deal, in terms of showing what the President's priorities are for the year. And the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell isn't in it.
