Sounds like the idea of a windfall tax on the banks is gaining momentum. Either that or a strong change in the tax code to help influence behavior. It would be nice if someone in Washington decided to join the public instead of standing up time after time for Wall Street. Let's forget about the flimsy talk that we hear so much of in DC and let's see some action.
