Good morning.

The president is back in DC today. He should probably call Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader Hoyer for throwing them under the bus yesterday. (Tthere are a lot of Obama supporters under that bus -- including the whole LGBT community.) But, still, it was a stupid move.

Health insurance reform could have been passed in the House already if Rahm Emanuel hadn't empowered the Blue Dogs. Same for the Senate. Rahm and Deputy White House Chief of Staff Jim Messina have turned Senator Max Baucus into the most important person in Washington. And, if Baucus is the most important person in Washington, Obama isn't. Great work by Rahm and Messina to make their boss look weak. Ridiculous.

Also, Tim Horton dumped the National Organization for Marriage. Bad bigot, no donut.
