Pennsylvania Dems, by contrast, are basically giving the Dem establishment the middle finger. For some reason, they don’t seem persuaded that Specter is the best they can do. Maybe it has something to do with Specter’s record and his admission that he only became a Dem to save his political hide. Or something like that.
