Joe is still exploring the wonders of Grand Canyon, but he should be back blogging tomorrow (after all, what would a vacation to one of the great wonders of the world be without taking a little time to work?) But were Joe here, he'd be crowing about the news that a top writer at the conservative National Review posted this little ditty yesterday:
Norm Coleman... I think it's time for him to give up this fight.It was bad enough for Coleman when some in the media starting asking if it was time for him to give it up, but with lead conservatives joining the chorus, things are looking increasingly over. The only remaining question is whether Coleman himself realizes that. Then again, considering how the Democrats don't seem to mind very much that the Republicans are trampling our democracy (yet again), Coleman may hang in there awhile. Oh, imagine what the Republicans would do to us if we were holding up the swearing in of one of their senators...
