GOP congressman confirms that Rush Limbaugh is a "leader of the conservative movement in America"

So much for the debate over whether the Democrats were simply making up the notion that Rush Limbaugh was the leader of the Republican party. A GOP congressman confirms today that even if Limbaugh is not "the" leader, he's one of the top leaders. Of course, the congressman confirms this in yet another "apology" for dissing the Great One.
