Mike Huckabee was just on CNN disputing the claim that he pushed for the parole of Wayne Dumond.
When Wolf Blitzer asked what Huckabee's responsibility was in the tragedy, he actually portrayed himself as a hero, "Wolf, my only official action in this was I denied his commutation."
Then, Huckabee basically said the three parole board members who said Huckabee pushed for Dumond's parole were liars. When Wolf asked if those members were telling the truth when they said that the Governor "influenced them in a significant way to let the guy go," Huckabee said, "Wolf, they're not."
