MSNBC: Does the buck stop with Hastert, or just his staff?

Because on top of the investigation into who new about the Foley page contacts when, and who is telling the truth now, the House Speaker has now opened up the question of whether the buck really stops with him, or whether accountability will only apply to his staff."
