Stephen Colbert running ads against himself, urging people to vote for Herman Cain

And his ad is narrated by Samuel L. Jackson. Basically, he's trying to educate people about the evils of the SuperPAC. And he found out that there is no write-in option in South Carolina during this Saturday's primary, so that's why he's urging people to vote for Cain. Very weird or genius, I'm still unclear.  More evidence that Colbert is having some impact, from Chris Cillizza at the Washington Post.  And here's Colbert's latest ad:



PS The LA Times reports that millions of people signed petitions yesterday opposing SOPA and PIPA.
