Good morning.
The president is coming back to D.C. from his campaign- like trip to Nevada and California. Shifting gears, he'll be meeting with the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas.
The Republicans are torn over how to fight the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor. The hard-core leaders of the party (Rush, Newt, et. al.) want a nasty battle. But, there are some Republicans who fear the political consequences of challenging her so harshly. I love these intra-GOP battles. And, you know, the extremists will set the strategy. They run the GOP.
