Happy 72nd Birthday John McCain Open Thread

I'm sure all of you want to extend birthday wishes to John McCain. He's 72 today.

At the airport now, I have an early flight back to D.C. I really miss my dog.

Many others have written about just how amazing and powerful Obama's speech was last night. I feel honored to have been there. That was the Barack Obama who is going to change America. That was the Barack Obama who we needed to see. I like this Barack Obama a lot. He smacked McCain around with some great lines -- and a mocking tone. It was beautiful. And, I want to see that Barack Obama every day til November 4th. Yes, we can. We really can.

Have at it...but don't forget that it's John McCain's 72nd birthday. We should be hearing about McCain's v.p. pick anytime now, too.
