It's nice of them to give advanced notice so everyone can plan accordingly and dump Comcast's miserable service immediately. Is this really the direction the market is going? Limiting internet usage? Really? Comcast, already detested throughout the land for their nasty service, is making a serious effort to prop up the competition. Why would anyone even want to use this business? As soon as the US catches up with the rest of the world in terms of bringing TV via the phone lines (at half the price, I might add) Comcast is dead. Cable TV is definitely not the future, nor is limiting internet usage, which is sooooooo 1990's. Looks like it's time Congress to step in again.
