Alberto Gonzales is testifying on the Hill again today. He's apparently feeling quite good about keeping his job. In the Bush administration, telling the truth and being honest is not a requirement for the job of Attorney General:

Though Mr. Gonzales is considered in Congress and in legal circles as an isolated and diminished figure, he has told aides he believes he has weathered the storm.
And, two of fired U.S. Attorneys, David Igelsias and John McKay, think criminal charges will result fro this scandal. That would be one way to get Gonzales out of office.
