I guess they know him too well. Despite his numerous visits to the neighboring state and his vacation home in New Hampshire, the former governor of Massachusetts who seems to want to hide that fact (by announcing his campaign in Michigan, strangely enough) is struggling and only showing 13% compared to McCain at 28% and Giuliani at 27%.
