And since it's already the 21st century, they have a ways to go. I can't believe they're still debating evolution. The mullahs in Iran are debating evolution, not America. People who oppose evolution need to actually do some reading on it. It's not just a theory. And with all due respect to religious right Republicans (as a Christian myself), there is more proof for evolution than for the Great Flood. And it strikes me as odd that God wold try to stack the deck against us in terms of evidence for what really happened, because that would be a lie, and I have a hard time believing that God lies.
