Mass. Supreme Court refuses to force gay marriage vote

Another loss for Mitt Romney. Well, it's a loss for the anti-gay Mitt. The old, pro-gay Mitt would have been happy with this decision. But, old, pro-gay Mitt wouldn't have filed the suit in the first place. New, anti-gay Mitt did file the suit. And, he lost.
