UPDATE: CNN is reporting there will be a House Ethics Committee press conference at 2 PM today.
The rampant rumor in DC today is that the Ethics Committee is finally going to release its report on the Foley scandal. The Associated Press and the Washington Times have joined the speculation.
Will it be a whitewash? It should be at least have some entertainment value but not as good as the Vanity Fair article.
