Why does Schering-Plough hate America?

Promoting their drugs for unapproved uses and overcharging Medicare (i.e. American taxpayers). In addition to slapping a $435m fine, how about knocking them off the approved vendor list for the US government and when they are the only option, selling their products to the government at cost. It's just too easy to criticize corruption overseas while overlooking daily corporate scandals at home. I guess as long as the campaign contributions continue, change will never occur.
