I'm in Maine for the weekend visiting family.... as is our President. It was a year ago this weekend that he stayed on vacation while Katrina destroyed the lives of millions along the Gulf Coast. I'm sure Bush will be reflecting on that as he zips around Kennebunkport over the next few days.
