We're slowly getting more details of why Republican House member Pete Hokestra (R-MI) wrote Bush and told him he may be breaking the law. This puts to rest the White House's worn-thin argument that they actually briefed Congress (i.e., Democrats) on all off their sketchy intelligence programs.
