They don't even pretend to be interested in the actual issues anymore. The Republicans simply pass legislation to help themselves and help their cronies, to hell with what Americans care about. America wants real campaign finance reform, not legislation that is yet another effort to pander. These people need to be thrown out on their asses next November.
The House approved campaign finance legislation last night that would benefit Republicans by placing strict caps on contributions to nonprofit committees that spent heavily in the last election while removing limits on political parties' spending coordinated with candidates.
