Wow, another incredible real estate deal involving a Republican Congressman. OK, it may not be quite as juicy as Duke Cunnigham's deal but who wouldn't want to buy a DC house for $410,000 and then have it appraised for $764,000? How do these guys manage to find houses that sell for less than the market value, not to mention less than the previous owners paid only a short time ago? Must be random good luck. We should all be so lucky.
