I especially enjoy this paragraph:

A chat with the suspect led to the arrest, Wartowski said.Ah yes, the old "man sitting in his car using a laptop" scheme. Glad that cop immediately suspected trouble and investigated. Who knows, it could have been Osama using that laptop. (Would Osama use a Mac or a PC?)
