The White House has decided on Option B, which seems worse. They're basically acknowledging that the President is incompetent:
"I reject outright the suggestion that President Bush was anything less than fully involved," said White House homeland security adviser Frances Fragos Townsend.Think about that for a second. Katrina was a disaster. Yet, according to the White House, the President himself was "fully involved" in overseeing that disaster. Wow. We really are screwed.
