Ken Livingstone has been suspended for four weeks for an exchange last year with a Jewish reporter, comparing him to a Nazi camp guard. Livingstone's problem seemed to be his absolute failure to catch on to the mistake and move on. I really like certain aspects of Livingstone, his continuing fight against Blair for starters, but comments like this really have no place in public politics.
