More FEMA problems, more FEMA excuses

Thousands of mobile homes sitting around while people live in tents and FEMA is naturally churning out excuses. At this point it wouldn't surprise me to hear DeLay tell us how the families actually find the camping experience cool and fun.

I'd still like to know what happened to the money spent at FEMA and Homeland Security. What the hell kind of planning have they actually done in the past few years? Perhaps Chertoff could fill us all in a bit.
