Real freedom in action - judge votes against "zero access" in NOLA

A federal judge agreed with CNN that actions to prevent news coverage of the recovery of bodies was unconstitutional and just more fascist policy by the Bush administration for personal spin purposes. Well OK, the second part is not part of the ruling but the judge did place a temporary restraining order against the "zero access" policy that was in effect. A hearing on Saturday morning will decide whether to maintain the ruling.

CNN deserves credit here for plenty of good coverage (with a few exceptions) and also fighting for real freedom and not the Bush-style freedom, whatever the hell that is.
