Open Thread -- and a thought

I'm as happy as anyone to watch Ted Koppel blast the head of FEMA with tough reasonable questions. But really, doesn't he have a spokesperson or something? It's important to communicate with the media and the public at large, but shouldn't the HEAD of FEMA be too busy to sit down for dozens of interviews every day? File this thought under the damned if you do and damned if you don't category.
