Hmmm...if the Louisiana Attorney General is going to start charging people with negligence over Katrina, he's got a lot of work ahead of him. He's charging a couple of nursing home owners because "their inaction resulted in the deaths of these patients." Inaction resulting in death...there's a long list of people whose inaction resulted in death. First, of course, is Bush. After all, today he did say, "I take responsibility."
