Nice of the Bush surrogates to now claim that the governor of Louisiana didn't act early to prepare for the hurricane. In fact, the governor declared a state of emergency on the Friday BEFORE the hurricane hit (it hit Monday morning). Wonder which vacation hotspot The Singing President was at on Friday, since we know he didn't cancel his vacation until 3 days AFTER the hurricane had already destroyed New Orleans.
