Hmmmm, you have to wonder when someone says something like that. It's what Bush said yesterday while talking about the Medicare Drug Plan acc. to the Washington Post.

This confirms that everything else Bush says is political talk and isn't true. So, unless he gives this caveat: "This isn't political talk, this is true," he's probably lying.
