In later-April, the defendants filed motions seeking to dismiss the case, claiming that there are no grounds for a lawsuit despite the fact that the Court already has viewed the case favorably by issue an early injunction. Raymen and Hansen filed a strong opposition to the motion, showing the Court how completely meritless the motions are. The motions now are ripe for a ruling from the Judge, who may dteermine to have oral argument or who may proceed to rule on the papers. Copies of the pleadings can be found here.
