It looks like the Japanese are seriously considering leaving and of course, Italy appears to be leaning in that direction as well. With Blair getting slapped in the election we may see cutbacks there as well. Yes, it's hard to imagine anyone wanting to leave such a peaceful and well planed venture but what can you do?
