Otherwise the prosecutor wouldn't be wasting his time going after Jason West, the mayor who wed the gay couples last year. This is outrageous. There'd better not be ONE CRIME outstanding in that state, or the prosecutor had better explain why they're wasting limited resources prosecuting this.
