The Ukrainian opposition is certainly struggling with the truth these days so I would hope that this story is false. Selling missles capable of carrying nuclear warheads to China and Iran would not be a way to win friends, unless you are Pakistan. Then you can play the "we're helping you chase bin Laden" card.
