The New York Times says it is all but certain that Howard Dean will become the next head of the Democratic Party. That means until the next batch of presidential candidates start making waves in 2006 (Hillary, Kerry again, et al), Dean will be one of our central faces in the media and setting the tone for the Dems. Is that good news, bad news or not that important?
