Note to Grover Norquist and John Fund: I was a Republican up until I hit the age of 27 or so. Then I came to terms with being gay, saw how much the GOP hated gay people like me, and decided to leave the party. I have lots of other good, smart, hard-working Republican friends - well, former-Republican friends now - who are in the same boat. When is the GOP going to stop creating enemies like me?
