$900 Million over 5 years and this is what we get

• Columbia University researchers found that although teenagers who take "virginity pledges" may wait longer to initiate sexual activity, 88 percent eventually have premarital sex.

(Note the mention of the "Waxman and other liberal sex-education proponents" but we do not see "religious conservative" or even a simple "raving lunatic who perverts science to fit with his seriously fucked up assertions and probably should be first in line for a serious mental examination" associated with the supporters of this program.)
